Here at J-CO CALLS we go to great lengths in making sure the quality and craftsmanship of our duck calls are built to last, no matter the conditions. However, for the safety, hygiene, and performance integrity of our products, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.  Therefore, we do not accept any returns or issue any refunds for any used products.

 

Custom Engraved Calls:

All sales are FINAL on all custom orders.  If the item shows any defect upon delivery, the buyer has a 14-day period to contact a member of our team at J-CO CALLS with the order info along with picture(s)/video of the defect, in which case an exchange can be made.

 

Duck and Goose Call Returns

Our team at J-CO CALLS go above and beyond to make sure your duck and goose calls are one of the best in the waterfowl industry.  We work diligently and precisely making sure our calls will hold up no matter the strenuous tasks that you put them through.  With that said, these handcrafted and hand-tuned calls are inspected before leaving our location.  We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any calls unless the item shows defects upon delivery.  If the call has a defect, the buyer has a 14-day period to contact a member of our team at J-CO CALLS with the order info along with picture(s)/video of the defect, in which case an exchange can be made.

 

Apparel Return Policy

ALL apparel sales for J-CO apparel items are FINAL.  When checking out, please confirm that the color and size of the item you are purchasing is correct before submitting the order.  Once the order is placed we are not able to accept returns or issues refunds for apparel items.

 

False Claims for Defective Items

At J-CO CALLS, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are committed to resolving any legitimate issues regarding product defects. However, to protect our business and ensure fairness to all customers, we have a strict policy regarding false or misleading defect claims.  Any false or misleading defect claim will result in our team returning your item to you with no exchange and no refund issued.
